Knowing Drizzt's sweet and caring nature, I can see him at least thinking this was possible, if not exactly canon.
Plus, this picture is 7 years old, so it's not that good. I still like the subject, and art is shit only if it raises no emotions, so I'm happy I made you mad.
Plus, I really don't care about your opinion. R.A.Salvatore himself has said he likes my Drizzt fanart, so there is very little you can say that would ruin my mood. Sorry.
