It's definitely been too long since I painted a portrait.

But, I had to paint this after the last chapter. Agh, just agh.

It's been months since I painted any portraits and suddenly I felt like I couldn't do it anymore. Everything looked all wonky and nothing worked the way it was supposed to. Might be because I painted this in the middle of the night :XD:
I am so very happy about his lips.
It's strange though; almost all people at naruto.fi think he doesn't look at all like Itachi. When... this is almost exactly the way I've always imagined he looks :-/
Oh well.

Painted in Opencanvas 4 (hair) and Photoshop CS2 (all else). Took about 2,5 hours.

I can't help but to keep being amazed about how you colour the hair. I know you've heard this from me times after times... You're good at drawing hairs. (I never have that much patience to draw hair like that.)

Ah, Sai. That reminds me, I *must* draw Sai someday. ^^; Shame on me... since I like Sai, I have no fanart of him as a single person. ^^;

The eyes look wonderful and the view of the face is done really well, but my favourite part is definitely the hair - it look so smooth and shiny! I think you use skintones very well too :heart: Keep up the good work :)
